In order to benefit from the diagnostic services of the laboratory, the doctor first writes down her “request” in the client’s insurance book by fully mentioning the type of requested service. Then the patient goes to the laboratory unit with her insurance book. In case of not having an insurance book and the possibility of the patient using supplementary insurances due to the variety of contracts and insurance companies, it is necessary to have an introduction letter from the desired insurance in order to use the diagnostic services of the laboratory.
