History of Moheb Mehr Hospital:

preface:

The ever-increasing complexity of activities and the changing and turbulent environment of today’s world have made managers face difficulties that the slightest neglect of the issues will have irreparable consequences. The observation of very successful organizations that, as a result of adopting ill-considered strategies and neglecting the environment, lost their prominent position and were removed from the scene of international competition, confirms this point.

In recent years, several reasons have made managers realize that traditional planning will no longer be able to solve their problems. Therefore, the use of strategic planning has been suggested as a necessity in organizations. Therefore, the use of strategic planning has been suggested as a necessity in organizations. The process of strategic planning is to provide information about the weaknesses and strengths of the organization’s internal environment and the opportunities and threats of the external environment that the organization is facing. The strategic plan outlines the organization’s activities in the long term and provides the necessary strategies to achieve organizational excellence and focuses the organization’s employees on activities that add value to the organization.

In this way, managers can improve the performance of their organization. They set strategic goals for their organization that lead to achieving a superior advantage. Not having a strategic plan causes resources to be spent in different directions that ultimately do not lead to the creation of added value. Strategic management becomes meaningful when the formulated strategies are implemented, controlled and corrective action is taken based on the results.

Otherwise, the strategy remains just a slogan. Many experts have also considered the implementation and control of strategies more important than their formulation. The new strategic plan of the hospital for the five-year period (1401-1405) has been prepared with the participation of department/unit officials, assistants and senior consultants, and it was finalized in a meeting with the presence of the hospital’s management and leadership team and consultants.
