Patient appointment process:

The admission process of hospitalized patients in urology, orthopedics, gastroenterology and general surgery groups:

  1. The presence of the patient in the hospital and visiting the reception or information unit in the hospital lobby
  2. Submitting the doctor's order and the required documents (insurance book, doctor's order, national card, and if you have supplementary insurance, a letter of introduction from the supplementary insurance or golden card) for admission to the admissions officer
  3. Waiting for the patient to register the information in the HIS system and after checking the information with the patient, printing the acceptance and informed consent forms for the surgery.

How to use insurance:

Before hospitalization, when he goes to the doctor for the final visit, the patient must receive his hospitalization order and coordinate the time of hospitalization or surgery with the admissions officer, and if necessary, 3 days before hospitalization, refer to the organizations of the contracting party to receive a letter of introduction. .

Be sure to bring the following documents with you at the time of admission:

  • All medical documents including photos, tests, etc.

If you have insurances with gold card, Army, Parsian, Dana, Asia, Razi, Alborz, Moalem, Sina, Entrepreneur, SOS Helper, Sarmad, Co-operative, Atiye Sazan Hafez, Saman and Iran insurance which has credit, there is no need to obtain The letter of introduction is not from the relevant organization.

For the following surgeries, even patients with Iran insurance and golden cards and all the above insurances must have a written confirmation:

In hospitalization for ACL, scoliosis, and kyphosis surgery, the original results of preoperative radiography and MRI must be submitted to the hospital before hospitalization.

In TUL and PCNL surgeries, an ultrasound or CT scan is required before surgery.

Note that not having these items with you will cause you to be hospitalized and your surgery will be canceled.

Please pay attention to the following points before the operation of your beloved child and be sure to bring the following documents with you:

  • If you have photos (radiographs), tests, CT scan, etc., bring them with you.
  • The presence of the child's father or legal guardian with a valid ID card is mandatory during hospitalization.
  • If your child is under 2 years old, it is mandatory to have the basic insurance of parents during admission and in the department.
  • The insurance booklet for children over 2 years of age must have a photo.

Patients who are referred by insurance organizations or organizations that are parties to the hospital contract, must pay the difference between the free private room tariff and the double room tariff and other things outside of the insurance obligation.

Please receive a receipt for any payment to the hospital and deliver the first copy to the reception unit to be included in your file and keep the second copy with you until discharge.

The presence of a companion at the patient's bedside depends on the permission of the attending physician, the head of the department, and receiving a companion card.

For female children, who are covered by parents' insurance, it is mandatory to bring their birth certificate.

Please pay attention to the following points before the operation:

  • Be sure not to consume any food even water, tea and sugar from midnight the day before for surgery.
  • The night before the operation, take a bath and shave the hair of the operation area.

  • If you are using aspirin, Plavix and dipyridamole tablets, inform your doctor and stop taking aspirin (including baby aspirin, TACAT, Ascar or Ascavel) at least 5 days before the operation and also stop taking plavix and dipyridamole 48 hours before the operation. do it

Necessary steps to discharge the patient

  1. After the written discharge order is issued by the attending physician, the department secretary completes the information and delivers the file to the discharge unit.
  2. After paying the expenses to the fund and delivering the final bill to the discharge, the original bill is delivered by the discharge along with the patient, which is required to have the original bill for future reference to follow up on financial matters.
  3. At the time of receipt of the bill, if the patient has supplementary insurance other than the hospital's contract (D, Municipality, etc.) or if the patient has procured equipment from outside the hospital for the patient's surgery, he/she will be guided to obtain the necessary documents.
  4. The original invoice is a legal document and is issued only once, and only a duplicate is issued in case of re-application.
  5. Discharge of hospitalized patients is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Fridays and holidays.
  6. Since the hospital fees are set based on minimums, please refrain from asking for any discounts.
  7. The amount that will be collected from you during hospitalization is only prepaid and on account, and the rest of the expenses, including the hospital fee, doctors' fees at the time of discharge, will be collected according to specific approved tariffs.
